Sentiment feedback surveys with emoticons

Kademi's sentiment feedback surveys can be added as answer options in a rating scale, for instance, getting feedback from a user that has purchased or redeemed your product, if it's from an e-commerce store to a reward store, This is excellent because you can gain feedback and status reports on what you could improve your business or as a customer experience.

Go to the marketplace

You need to install applications on your website

  • 1st go to website manager, select website

  • Click on the settings button of your website

  • Next click on find more apps

Select the Kfeedbackapp application from the marketplace

  • Search or scroll for the application - Kfeedbackapp

  • Click on the thumbnail

Install the application​

  • Click on the install button to activate the installation of the application to your website

  • Next click on the button -  Back to website manager

Install KJourneys application

  • Do the same process as above to install the KJourneys application to your website

Creating a sentiment feedback emoticon survey

  • Proceed to K-feedback in Kademi

  • Next, Click on the create new button

  • Add a meaningful name to your feedback survey

Add details to the feedback emoticon survey

  • Add the website that the feedback survey will be working on

  • Add a question to a new survey

  • Add a redirect link if required

  • Change the emoticon images if required, e.g - star rating, hearts and thumbs up or down

  • Click on submit to make active

Sentiment feedback Journey

This is a Sentiment feedback Journey to gain feedback from a user that has purchased or redeemed your product, which is excellent to gain business knowledge, values, and customer experience

Creating a sentiment feedback journey with K-Feedback 

  • Go to groups and users

  • Select journeys

  • Click, create a journey button

  • Add a meaningful funnel name

Edit the properties of the journey

  • Go to the properties tab

  • Select the leads groups for the Journey

  • Add any extra fields if required

  • Save

Adding journey nodes required and link 

  • Go to Journey builder tab

  • Drop and drag the journey nodes from the nodes list

  • Link the nodes

  • Add meaningful names to the journey nodes

Editing shopping cart goal node

  • Click on the shopping cart goal settings

  • Assign a timeout for the funnel to initiate, ie - once a product has been purchased, it will start the shopping cart goal after a minute as per the example

  • Save

Adding settings to the 1st send email node

  • Click on the send email settings node

  • Add the website for this journey to function on

  • Add a title to the from email address

  • Add a subject

  • Save

  • Next, click on the manage button to add email content

Editing email content

  • Proceed to the message tab

  • Click on edit

  • Select visual editor

Adding email content (Step 12)

  • Add containers to the header, main body, and footer

  • Add logo or header content

  • Add main body content

  • Add K-code to make the automated email personalized 

  • Save

Add k-code

Aquire the area where you want to add a K-code

In the text menu settings - select and click the K-code button

Select a K-code from  the drop-down menu

Adding timer goals

  • Click on the timer goal settings node

  • Assign the timer goal to initiate a timeout after a certain period of time.

  • Save

Edit the 2nd Send email journey node

  • Click on the send email settings node

  • Add the website for this journey to function on

  • Add a title to the from email address

  • Add a subject

  • Save

  • Next, click on the manage button to add email content

Edit email content

  • Proceed to the message tab

  • Click on edit

  • Select visual editor

Add the Kfeedback App component to the send email funnel action

  • Do all the same steps as per (STEP 12)

  • Next, proceed to your components tab

  • Search for the application called Kfeedback app component 

  • Drop and drag the Kfeedback app component  to your email

  • Save

 

Add the  feedback survey to the component

The next step is to setup and assign a feedback survey to the Kfeedback app component

  • Click on the settings button on the Kfeedback app component

  • Select the Feedback survey

  • Customise any other settings required

  • Save

Grant rewards

  • Click on the grant rewards settings node

  • Add the type of points bucket you would like to award

  • Add the number of points to be awarded

  • Next, add a reason

  • Save
